The NAACP Evansville Branch proudly presents our annual Freedom Fund Banquet on Saturday, August 23, 2025 — an unforgettable evening of inspiration, unity, and purpose.
This year, we are honored to welcome Dr. Ricky Jones, Professor and Chair of the University of Louisville’s Department of Pan-African Studies, as our keynote speaker. Known for his powerful voice on justice, race, and truth-telling, Dr. Jones is sure to challenge, uplift, and ignite.
Our 2025 theme is “The Power of Unity: We Are ALL IN.” Together, we’ll celebrate progress, recognize local champions, and recommit ourselves to the ongoing work of equity and civil rights in our community.
